Not much of an interview. Just background check and finger printing. Also you have to attend a training class for a few hours. It is very easy and can be completed in a day.

Entretien
It was pretty simple. Group setting. Focused on appearance and then followed up with testing on information provided. Included several email interactions and required a background check. Company representative was nice and responsive.

They asked how I would handle a situation where the teacher had not provided class instructions/materials for the day.
Quick and easy. It was simple questions like how would you support a teacher in a classroom. The interview was on the phone the process that’s long is getting clearances
