The interview process was just a phone call, where they ask you about your experience and make sure your not completely incompetent, although even if you are they will still probably hire you. the overall experience was the same that you get from any work at home call center company, nothing special.

It was a Skype interview and the interviewer was very nice . Just asked questions about certain situations I may be put in and what I would do. One question was what I will do if a customer wants a certain product and we no longer have it .

Entretien
Phone interview. Pretty quick and basic. If you have a pleasant phone voice and have reset a password before, you should be good. They seem to pretty much hire everyone and then let them wash out of training.
