Outreach via recruiter on LinkedIn. Then forwarded onto an initial video interview after phone screen. Easy interview. Nothing to write home about. I do not think the interviewer appreciated my asking about the weird "vacation purchase" program which is completely bunk. After doing intensive research on this company, I would not apply again. They do not have their employees in mind and I could feel the weird juju thru the video call.
