Was very pleasant and informal but professional. I had worked with them previously so they were familiar with my experience and past client experience. Filling out forms was done online via an email link instead of during 1-1.

During the covid-19 pandemic my job interview was remotely through Microsoft teams. Excellent and smart way of communication. Moving forward if I ever need to interview again I would definitely request remotely

How did you hear about our company and why do you think you would be a great fit if hired.
I went into the office in a neighboring town and was given an interview there with a personnel director to discuss my cv, relevant experience in the field, and qualifications.
They ask pretty basic interview questions.

Some situational questions so be prepared with examples of different work experiences
