The interview was Virtual. Used my laptop on WIFI. There is an app that you can download to connect from your phone as well. They send you an email preparing you for the interview stating that you can use WIFI if you do not have an Ethernet chord. If you get an interview I DO NOT recommend you using WIFI on your laptop as they stated you could. The connection was horrible, lost my recruiter and had to reconnect. I could see AND hear my recruiter but she could not see nor hear me. She seemed to be really frustrated at that point but she was never rude to me in any way. Interview took about 30 minutes in total. I was asked on the spot technical support questions pertaining to APPLE. I'm sure it's an easy position once you have the proper training and knowledge to assist customers. I'm assuming the questions were asked to see how much I already knew. I'm also assuming having an Iphone 6s in 2019 is unpopular.... lol... but my phone is in perfect working condition so hey! ...Pay online stated $14 but I was told $13 during the interview. She said she would either call or shoot me an email within 24 to 48 hours to let me know if I got the job or not. Once i saw the email contact pop up on my phone, I pretty much already knew that I wasn't going to be selected, otherwise they would have called to discuss the next steps. Good luck to you all in your career search as I am still on the hunt! I have an awesome personality, a passion for helping others and my entire work history is customer service related. I still feel that this would be a great company to work for and I will continue to apply to different positions. If you get an interview for this position just be aware of "on the spot" tech questions. Just being an Apple user for sure isn't going to cut it!
