t was very easy. I was asked basic customer service questions and trouble shooting questions for apple products. I was asked to present my ID at the beginning of the interview and also to be in the space I would work from. The interviewer was very kind. I was offered the position at the end and I accepted.

After you submit application and pass all assessments, you're given a video interview. The interview is simple and standard, and you should know something about how an iPhone work and the icons on the homescreen.

They ask you some app questions pertaining to your iPhone. If you know anything about iphones and how they work you should ace the interview.

Entretien
Seamless. My position is work from home and so all of my paper work and interviews we're completed online. So convenient. The turnaround would have been less had I had my office prepared correctly, such as in a private room with a door as opposed to in a shared room, like the living room.
