Very quick and to the point, they treat you like a professional and don't waste your time. They are there to help you and are very kind. If the job you applied for does not work out they will try and find you something else. These are very good people.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
