Contacted via LinkedIn by internal recruitment. I was given a good understanding of the role and provided with a job specification. They quickly organised the initial interview and all subsequent interviews were in quick succession. I thought the number of interviews and mix of personalities/job roles of the interviewers worked really well.

Phone interview followed by in person interview. Standard questions like tell me about a weakness and a strength and tell us about a time you were faced with difficult situation. 2-3 people interviewing at a time.
