I was givenough Kelly Services number from the school district that uses them to find their substitute teachera. I have a brief discussion over the phone and then set up a formal interview.
The interview went well. We discussed my teaching background and the perks and salary of th company.
After I passed the interview I took an online training and filled out the application. I had to get fingerprinta done as well as a Gbi background check.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.

The initial interview was really EZ. The personnel were friendly and professional. They encouraged me to continue with the onboarding process. Also, I stated that I would continue to apply.

Short zoom call with other people on the call. Most of it is just listening to rules and guidance to get all signed up and ready to teach. Doesn’t take much longer than about thirty minutes.
