This was an interview process with lots of interviews considering it is an entry-level position, They are looking for personality, not just skill set. The interviews aren't scary, just a lot of questions. They used to have you do the DISC test as well, but I don't know if they do this anymore.

3 interviews total, had to take 3 personality tests, one with every interview. Had to interview with multiple people at once. Final interview was when an offer was made. Started the following week.
