The initial interview was over the phone, they called me a few days after I submitted my application online. It was not a scheduled interview but I had time to speak. They asked about my prior work history, behavioral questions, classes I have taken and if I have reliable transportation. An in person interview was scheduled, the same type of questions were asked by the owner and another team member.
