I was interviewed by the one of the broker's who asked me questions first based on my resume. Then on how I would feel working with different people on a daily basis and having patience and good listening abilities. We also discussed all the opportunities they have for their employees for growth, also their health beneifits

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
