The process is basically sign ups not a true interview. They tell you about the company you decide if you want to join or not. Meet with head broker and assistants

It was an easy interview. They made me feel welcomed and were trying to get to know you by asking questions about past experience and career goals. At the end both you and the company know if you are a good fit for each other.
