Really, really terrible. I applied online, Didn't hear anything for a month. Got an email on like a Thursday night asking me to to do a phone interview the following Tuesday. Thinking this would be an excellent opportunity, I gave up a 6 hours shift at 15$ an hour plus commission at my current job to be available. I sat in my apt for 1.5 hours waiting for someone to call. At 11 pm that night I received an email apologizing asking to reschedule. I make if through the phone interview, during which time I disclose that I live in the centre of the city. I'm told at the end of the interview to wait for an online personality profile test to b sent to me to complete before a second, in person interview. I do the online personality profile, which takes about an hour, and arrange interview #2, at a central office. Two nights before interview #2, I get an email asking to move it a day earlier (the next day from when I'm getting said email), and to a VERY out of the way location. I agree, and the following day take a 35$, one way, UBER at rush hour to the interview. We discuss the results of my personality profile, and I am told that I will hear something later that night, or the next day, latest. I am also told that I will be emailed a copy of my personality profile. I sent them two (2) emails over the following week trying to reconnect. That was weeks ago, I have heard nothing, and never got a copy of my personality assessment.
