After discussing with my sponsor the numerous benefit of joining Keller Williams, I decided I wanted to attend a Career Night meeting. My sponsor had to arrange with the KW Market Center CEO/Team Leader permission for me to attend a Career Night information meeting. After the Career Night meeting, I was convinced that KW is where I wanted to interview with and hopefully be asked to join the KW Family.
