Entretien
It was a long process with 6 steps including two personality assessments, a group interview and an observation day . I did not mind the length however because I felt that they were genuinely interested in getting to know me and wanted to make sure I was going to like the job.

They went over the results for the assessments I took which provided great value to me in understanding my strengths, and as they reviewed the assessments they asked for my feedback.
