Walk in w/ resume, fill out application, they make you write a paragraph about what you hope to accomplish at Keith Pierson. Pleasant woman holding interviews. She did boast about the amazing training program...which never took place by the way. I have heard things have changed since then so i was at a disadvantage.

Long process 3 different managers I had to talk to sit down with and go over my resume and lil about my self. They study you very carefully to make sure you a good fit for the job then if then like then will test you you and have you considered email back the next day and go take a drug test and check background
