The process was clear and smooth. We mainly discussed the test during the interview and then moved to work management and preferred tasks.
It was all very relaxed and a great opportunity to get to know the team better.

I just wanted to warn never apply here
Whatever your experience they just give you test which will have 2 weeks for submission (gravity generator) after submission in couple of day you will receive a mail saying your art style doesn't match our style...
Phone interview, and technical test. If you pass these you present your technical test artwork to the team . I believe they have everyone complete this technical test to ensure your can make game assets in their style. I'd say make sure that you are really interested in working there before you invest time on the art work. They do provide feedback on why they don't offer the job which is nice since you invested time in the process.
