The job discription looked promising and the hiring process started with online testing, which includes IQ test and IT and Excel knowledge. However, the interviewer wasn’t professional. Manager was asking if i’m still interested in this position during the interview. She didn’t ask me any questions about my previous experience, she just was talking about her background. She also told me that there is high staff turn over in the company. She didn’t explained working process properly and she didn’t make a good job of selling me on the position and company in general.

Entretien
The lady that interviewed me was pleasant but constantly talked about herself and her qualifications. I asked her questions regarding the company's Supply Chain etc. I asked her about Expedite Reports and KPI reports and she said it took her 4 hours to process those reports!! When I politely said there must be a quicker way she told me that she had a degree in Information Technology and she would know if there was a quicker way!!
