2. Comprehensive online test on analytical thinking, numerical skills, analysis, logic, etc.
3. In first round of interviews, I actually had 2 interviews one after another. In terms of difficulty, I would say one was very easy, and the other was very difficult. In my case, a few minor hiccups cost me the next round

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
