The interview process consists of recruitment test (like GMAT) and then two rounds of fit questions + case studies interviews; they allow you to take the time to prepare the test and choose the date for the test yourself; you enter their internal platform and your screen is shared + you are recorded

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
