Expect at least 5 interviews, I myself had an interview with approx. 8 people. Every one has the right to refuse you. People are evaluating your approach to the problem: whether you are able to invent process how to get to solution. Plus, they evaluate whether you are nice person to work with, for example, whether they would be OK spending with you more time with you than their family during the project.

Well run, interesting and professional process. The interviewers were well prepared and followed a good structure. It was balances and allowed me insight into their organisation as much as them insight into me as a candidate
