1. Excel test (data cleaning, followed by 4 questions) 2. At least 3 interviews with a manager, director-level and Partner - Each interview will include both behavioural questions and case studies - The interviewer will be assessing if they can see you as a value-adding member of their team and someone who can work under pressure

First round was an on campus two on one interview focusing on personality fit and basic competencies (including a fairly simple case question). Final round was in Chicago and lasted a majority of the day. Included excel skills tests, multiple interviews, and a decent sized case. After completion of the case you present your findings to a group of individuals (VPs, Partners, Senior Managers, etc.) ... be prepared to answer many tough questions.
