Hired on the spot for serving position, moved up to head server within a few months, moved up to bartender after about a year, moved up to management shortly after that.

They like to ask questions like "what is your biggest strength/weakness" They also look for little things like if you push your chair in or play with your hair/fidget a lot during the interview. If you interview for server or bartender your looks play a big part in getting hired.
