Interview process, for me, began with a phone screening with the company's operations director. Following the phone interview, I participated in a video interview with two of the firm's senior employees.

15-minute Teams call that turned into 45. Asked me basic questions about who I am and what I'm looking for in a workplace environment. Job turned out to be in-office only 2 days a month, which is not what I'm looking for. The interviewer also couldn't disclose any of the clients or work they had done while working at the company so I was confused as to what they actually do on a daily basis.
