      I recently had my second interview with this company, and I must say it was quite an interesting experience. To start, there were a couple of issues that stood out. Firstly, the lady boss was running late for the interview, which wasn't the most professional beginning. Additionally, there was a last-minute change, shifting the interview to a Google Meet after I had already arrived at the company's location. The interview began on a decent note with introductions and pleasantries exchanged. However, as it progressed, I realized that I had made a few mistakes during the interview, which is a natural part of any interview process. What concerned me was the way the interviewer seemed to belittle my previous work, particularly the art direction for social media content at my current company. It's important to note that design preferences are subjective, and what might be considered "ugly" to one person can be appealing to another. This made the interview feel somewhat personal, which was a bit unexpected. Furthermore, there was a lengthy discussion during the interview about a specific incident involving a photographer vendor. The company's rigidity and unwillingness to be flexible in this matter came across as somewhat unreasonable. It made the interview seem somewhat directionless and gave me the impression that the company might have difficulty adapting to changing circumstances. In conclusion, my experience during the interview was mixed. While there were some challenging moments, it also provided insights into the company's work culture and expectations. I believe it's essential to consider the overall context and not focus solely on a few isolated incidents when evaluating a potential employer.
