HR phone call then onsite interview. Very disorganized. I arrived early and had to wait 15 minutes past the interview start time. Random questions that had nothing to do with the position or experience. Old school atmosphere. Post interview, no followup from HR or interviewers, even after reaching out to thank them and for a status update. Unprofessional. Would not apply here again even if I thought my perfect job was posted at this company. The interview process says a lot about how they treat their employees.
