You have to make sure you are comfortable selling and if you are comfortable with meeting metrics. That is what this job is all about and making sure you will mesh well with current empolyees.
2 interviews w the head manager and manager of the shop. They ask u simple questions like why u want to work here, what is availability. Then they call two weeks whether u have the job or not.
