The interview lasted 2 hours. It's on a longer side as this is a newly launched office in Singapore and I needed more information on the company's direction and the team dynamics, company's setting and work culture. I'm afraid to make a wrong decision if selected to be offered a position. Definitely a lot of factors and thoughts to be considered into.
