No formal interview was given with the exception of a brief phone interview with Sebastian the CEO. After the phone interview I was asked to come and work 2-3 days to get a feel for the work flow of the studio. No questions were asked when I came in to work. I was simply shown what needed to be shot, given a brief review of how they do things and pointed in the direction of the equipment.
