There were no initial interview with HR, just an email with some questions about my availability, expected salary and notice period. Then I was asked to submit 3 video answers of 3 mins each to some general questions like 'What makes software sustainable over time?' This was followed by an invitation to a 1.5h tech interview. Interviewers were nice and friendly and asked general questions about my experience, general js knowledge, vue reactivity in the first half. In the second part though, we moved to a live coding challenge, which was a leetcode style problem. An easy one, but I got so frustrated about this useless nonsense that I could barely think about the solution and just refused doing it. Shortly after, we just ended the interview.
