The interview was thorough. There was a panel of 5 managers. We went through a list of questions I had prepared for, as well as some off the cuff, so to speak.

Question 1
Tell us about a time that you felt most challenged in your previous position. The questions were very standard in my opinion. Again, it's a small company so nobody's trying to nail you. It was a lot of pressure to be in front of 5 strangers, but they made me feel comfortable.
