applied online, got the first interview, it was most technical sales questions, got the second interview it was the same questions, the second interviewer told me that the first interviewer "definitely" gonna call me back for further steps, she said today or tomorrow or the other day!
they didn't call me back
I followed up with email, they didn't answered
and since they told me they definitly gonna call back I decliened another job
and I went to shop to see the manager for follow up she said yes we choose to go with another candidate,
the way they ghosted me was very unprofessional,
they could have just emailed me Or answered my emails
or maybe didn't tell me they definitely gonna took further steps.
very disappointing and unprofessional.

The district manager emails/calls you, and sets up the interview. In my case the store leader was out, so I’m sure in other cases the store leader would reach out.

Entretien
The interview was standard and nothing out of the ordinary. I had a second interview and was told I'd be contacted by the district manager. After a couple of weeks I heard nothing and reached out via email to inquire about the status of the position and got no response. This lack of follow up with a candidate that took the time to interview twice is completely unprofessional and I would've expected better communication. I have several years of management experience. I've conducted a lot of interviews and would never lead someone to believe there'd be follow up, fail to contact them and not respond to their email inquiry.
