This company is not your typical company. Interview did not feel like an interview at all and more like a chat. Never have I felt more at ease during this process.
Interview process was a three stage process. The first stage was myself chatting with the one of the team's Customer Success Managers. Second interview was with the Head of Customer Experience. The final interview was the Culture Fit interview, chatting with random four team members from various departments. The questions itself were general questions.
