Applied for the job via email. Got an email back to schedule a telephone interview. The interviewer missed the appointment and had to reschedule due to emergency meetings. This happened about 3 times and had me rather stressed out that i was never going to interview. When i finally got in touch with the interviewer, the process was very informal and i was offered the job at the end of the discussion pending approval of my requested salary.
