The expected outcomes, KPIs, and success criteria were not clearly articulated, which made it difficult to assess alignment between my experience and their needs. In addition, the discussion lacked a coherent framework, with questions shifting between topics without a clear narrative. Overall, the process suggested limited internal calibration around the position and its strategic objectives.
