Entretien
The interview process went well, I was interviewed by the HR Business Partner and by the Rwanda Customer Care Manager of Kasha.
It started with a Q/A session that was followed by a typing session .
The Q&A session consisted of getting the managers to know better about my experience as well as letting me know about the job I´m expected to deliver in case I was hired.
During the final session I was asked to type a short story while being timed, which concluded the interview.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I loved how the panel made me feel at ease before the start of the interview. I loved the way they scheduled the interview and asked whether I was okay with the day and time.

The interview process was nice and transparent, i like the way it was conducted. We are looking forward to having the same kind of interview even in the near future.
