My first interview was a short 15 minutes over the phone with a recruiter, just explaining the role. Next was a one hour interview with one of the managers, more traditional. Last was another one hour interview with another manager, also traditional.

Aptitude Test then 3 rounds after (on-site)
Quite intensive interviews. A lot of focus around knowledge of their competitors. Also, advise to know your numbers.
No feedback provided after 3 rounds which was disappointing.
