I applied online for this Senior Channel Manager role and was contacted by their US based senior recruitment manager. We had a good conversation on the background of the role, the role expectations, the KPIs and growth needs. The job sounded awesome & challenging and I was seeing that Kaseya might be a good fit for my employment interests & career. Once we had this established the recruiter somewhat abruptly wanted to discuss remuneration, as if he expected some mis-alignment and wanted to qualify this ASAP. I am glad he did to save both of us time as unfortunately the pay scale offered by Kaseya was substantially lower than what the Australian market is paying for such senior positions. Overall, the interview was quite engaging & positive and I hope they found the best candidate for the role.
