The recruiter who contacted me was really nice, he explained everything very well. The booking system for time slots (to book an interview) was a bit odd. I had my first round interview after the initial phone call. It was with two interviewers, one of them was nice and respectful, but the other one didn't seem interested at all in what I had to say. To be honest after seeing all the negative feedback on Glassdoor I was a bit scared by the company, and the interview illustrated perfectly what I had read. One of the interviewers actually yawned while I was talking. I have had so many interviews in the past weeks and this one really stands out as the worst one.

Efficient (as tech sales goes) and communicative. Kirsty Heaney was my recruiter who kept me in the loop at every stage.
1) Screening interview with Senior Management of AMs in the local office
2)Slightly more relaxed interview with two semi-senior AMs who allowed an open forum to discuss potential issues or concerns
3) In person interview with the Director of the Reading office

Alex Lehman was my recruiter and main point of contact throughout the interview process, and he made the entire experience an absolute breeze. I went through multiple rounds of interviews a screening call, conversations with a VP and Director, and even a role play. Alex equipped me with everything I needed to succeed at each stage.
He was punctual, proactive, and genuinely invested in me as a candidate. I recently moved from out of state to Kaseya’s headquarters in Miami for this role, and Alex even went out of his way to send me apartment suggestions to help with the transition.
What I appreciated most was how transparent he was about the process. I always knew what to expect, and there were no surprises along the way. The interviews themselves felt conversational, not intimidating, which really stood out.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I can’t speak highly enough about Alex and the team I met during the process.

4 interviews in total, 2 in person 2 via video call. First 2 interviews were questions mostly related to sales experience and how to deal with certain scenarios. Last 2 were more interested in soft skills, personality, culture fit.
