1. Telephonic round.
2. F2F technical round
3. Short discussion with Sr. Manager.
4.Short discussion with VP.
5.1 hour Product Demo.
6. HR round.
The HR got back with 30% hike on the Fixed pay,The market for Sales engineers are over 120%. and was reviewing very cheap. Not a great with dealing pay packs.
The VP says you crack the interview we pay as much to satisfy. Very contradictory with HR.

Recruiter reached out, he was super nice and helpful. Interviewed with hiring manager 2 times, he had a specific image for the role in his mind that I didn't meet his expectation. They were all nice people, it went well, but in the end he couldn't tell more than mmmhh why I was not a good fit.

I had 4 interviews: Recruiter screening, CTO, SE Lead and VP of Global Sales. The recruiter and process was very disorganised throughout the entire duration which put me off from accepting the offer. For my first interview invite, he had the incorrect role listed. The second interview, he sent the invite for the wrong time. For the 3rd interview, he sent an invite for when the interviewer was overseas with other duties and so didn’t show up. It also appeared that the interviewers outside of the US didn’t really want to be there which reflects a lot of the pain points.

Interview process is swift and to the point. But you may experience delay in the offer rollout. You will have a total of 4 round including the HR round and Mock demonstration round.
