The first contact with them was pretty normal, 30 minutes call on the phone to see if it's a match for both sides. They told me I had a very interesting profile and we will probably quickly have a physical interview.
But then things are getting interesting. They started to mislead me somewhere I didn't want to go. They mentioned in the interview ad CDI (permanent contract), but then they tell you the 1st month if you're the chosen one, will be under a freelancer status.
First dishonest move.
Secondly, to "test my knowledge" they wanted me to fill a communication plan for their future commumicatiom campaign, so they can make me work for free.
Second dishonest move.
Surprised and disappointed by their lack of transparency and unethical methods, I still delivered their homework, which was supposed to be "short and simple".
They quickly gave a 3 sentences answer as a refusal for my application without any further sorrows.
In other words, reach them if you are willing to work for free.
If you don't like lies and twisted methods, don't.
