first there is a telephone interview than video interview. basic question about motivation and experience. ok interview. where do you see yourself in 5 years what is your experience why do you want this job

Applied online and received an E-Mail the day after, then a quick phone call and an interview arranged. It all went smoothly and checked all the boxes, just maybe my answers at last interview were not the expected, desired ones. Then received an E-Mail with a 'tough decision' as another candidate was an even better fit for the role, no offer as a result. No probs, it would all have been fine. Except for the fact that on the same day the very same job description was up online again...apparently literally no-one was a better fit than myself? :/
