The hiring manager recruited me by email and I stated that I was interested. I was sent an email where it asked me to record myself teaching a problem from a set of 4. Once I uploaded that I was asked to do the same thing again but to another faculty manager who asked questions about the problem that I taught. Went well and got a call 5 days later giving me the offer.
