You start with an ONLINE APPLICATION. Then RECORD YOUR TEACHING for five minutes. If they like your teaching style, you will have an INTERVIEW WITH A FELLOW INSTRUCTOR. The last step is an INTERVIEW WITH A FACULTY MANAGER.
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
