Three telephone interviews. The first was with the Senior Regional Director for my area. The second was with the National Field Operations Director. The third was back to the Senior Regional Director. These Señor Regional Directors apparently have a great deal of discretion: they set the budget and conduct the employment search for their region. The interview w it the Nat'l Ops Director seems mostly to be just a second opinion. If the former likes you, the latter will likely sign off on the hire.
