Applied online. Then received an email to do online video interview. It wasn't with a live person, but just a recording that couple be done on you own time within a few days of the email. Details are simple and interview takes only ~20 minutes (most of which is setup and reading directions on what to do). Within a few days of my video interview submission, I received another email to schedule a phone interview with a manager. I was also asked to fill out additional application online.
