Soon received e-mail inviting me to complete a 'faculty audition' online. E-mail asked several extra questions as well.
Within a few days I completed the faculty audition, which entailed recording two short videos explaining a sample question. Within a day I was told I had a Skype audition with another recruiter, and I was given another online application to fill out.
The Skype audition was about half an hour, and it mostly focused on how I had approached the sample question and video, and how that might compare to teaching students in a classroom.
The next day I received a form e-mail explaining that I would not be hired. There was no explanation given. Both my sample video and interview went very well, so I suspect the position wasn't open in the first place. All in all, about five hours of my time wasted.

Entretien
After the online and teacher audition portions of the application process, I had my technical interview over Skype with a Kaplan instructor. The interview was a mixture of traditional interview questions with a GRE flavor ("Describe the process you've experienced when developing a skill and what mental hurdles you overcame", "Describe your GRE journey and what you did to prepare") and teaching practice questions to the instructor. The instructor was kind and friendly and gave me some really useful feedback. All in all, a positive interview experience.

It is two step interviews step. The first one is to do on line audition for totally four minutes. The second step is to do telephone interview with local recruiter
