I got the interview through a staffing agency. I went in on a Friday and was offered the job the following Monday. I found it to be very laid back and comfortable. The business was thriving and I knew even in hard times, it would be a good place to work and secure. The people there were very friendly and it was very family oriented. I would say to future candidates that you need to be a team player but also be able to work independantly. Being open, honest and friendly are all good qualities. Being interested in secondary education is a plus.
