It was an interview with one of the directors. They director got approval from the district manager to handle the interview process. Furthermore the director and associate director were both in charge of the Kaplan Student advisors and the medical advisors.
I remember I had an online interview with two staff, and then had admin tasks after the interview on the same day, like using Microsoft excel and replying an email.

First a written case study - respond to the customer as a Kaplan's employee.
Second mock phone call with one of Kaplan's senior employees who pretend to be a student calling to inquire about one of the preparation courses.

Interview style Casual / Basic.
Group interview style. Each person asked a question.
They you had to do a demonstration (teach something, convince them on something,etc. ) - you choose the topic.
